Mark oversees the operations, financial and legal management of Blue Rock as well as Blue Rock’s operational due diligence effort.

Prior to joining Blue Rock in 2009, he was the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Personnel Decisions International Corporation (PDI) from 1997 to 2009. Mark managed the global financial, legal, IT and administrative operations of PDI and served on the Board of Directors of PDI’s parent company and 16 subsidiaries. Prior to joining PDI, he was a practicing attorney from 1993 to 1997.

Mark graduated from St. John’s University in 1988 with a B.A. in Accounting, holds a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Personnel Decisions International and on Smile Network International, a global, non-profit organization that provides life-altering reconstructive surgeries to impoverished children in developing countries.
